The Earth is the solid ground that we stand on. She is the Great Mother. She feeds us and supplies us with the raw materials that nourish us and allow us to thrive. When your Earth Element is alive and well, you find yourself grounded in reality, accounting for "what is so," without interpretation.
Earth is also the center and you experience being centered. You can know you are centered when you feel peaceful. You are in your body, experiencing the five senses. The Earth in you wants to serve others. Service is assisting or facilitating others. It is giving and receiving support, as it is the Earth that holds you up.
Earth is the Element of transition. It is the energy you feel during the late summertime, as the cycle of the seasons starts to wind down, preparing for Fall. It is the time of harvest, when the fruits of your labor support you.
Earth is also the Element of integrity, the state of being whole. When you experience yourself as being whole, you are willing to be accountable for your actions, words, and thoughts. Accountability is the access to results in life. When you are consistently standing in your values and integrity, you will feel Spirit rush in to support you.
Earth gives you the ability to transform your thoughts, beliefs, and interpretation of reality. When you are able to transform your relationship with your life, you can understand those around you and yourself in a way that gives you freedom.
Determining the Health of each of the 5 Elements will give you a strong sense of where you can make changes in your life to fully own your power and move forward with Passion and Ease.
